Positivity is not about looking cheerful. It is about focusing on all that is good in life. It is advantageous to approach life from a positive point of view. A positive mindset is an emotional attitude that keeps focus on the bright side of life and anticipates positive consequences. Nurturing a positive mindset means approaching the challenges of life with a positive outlook. It does not mean ignoring the bad, it means trying to discover the best in a bad affair and viewing your abilities in an affirmative light.
